PFLAG Olympia is excited to announce our fourth annual PFLAG Olympia Holiday Bazaar!
We want to show our support and encourage the success and accomplishment of intersectional LGBTQIA2+ communities and our strongest allies and advocates, by sharing this bazaar space with you.
If you can join us as a vendor for our bazaar this year, please fill out the application form below and send it, in an email, to the PFLAG Olympia Secretary: .
FEE: We are asking for a $10 non-refundable fee. Once you are signed up for the bazaar, we will send you a confirmation email and a Paypal link.
The Bazaar this year is:
Saturday November 15, 2025
Bazaar Public Hours: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Setup: 8:00am – 10:00am / Also Friday Setup: Nov 14, starting at 7:00pm
Teardown: 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Westminster Presbyterian Church (same as last year)

We are expanding our bazaar into the church’s Narthex (lobby in front of church). We should have space for 40 tables altogether.
Table space is first come first served. It is best if you can come Friday night to find your space and place your table. You also have Sat morning to set up.
If we don’t fill up all our spaces, we will offer a second table around the beginning of November.
We will not be having music, as voices get too loud. Please do not play your own music.
For vendors who are able, we are asking for volunteers to assist with setup, teardown, and promotion of the event. This could look like:
~Arriving Friday November 14 at 7:00pm for setup (setting up and arranging tables, unloading supplies, decorating, prepping the space)
- Staying after all vendors have torn down their booths to clean space and take down décor
- Event promotion – posting info-graphic or poster provided on our Facebook page (soon), or of your own design (digital or physical), to promote the event.

PFLAG Olympia will have our own fundraising table in the Chapel. LGBTQ+ organizations do not need to pay the fee.
